We mainly work as a 2-man team, Finlay & Derek, it's good to meet you! We have a few additional team members that help us with some clearances, and assisting with donating items to charities.   

One goal in mind: To give great supportive service at a fair price.

We ourselves are registered landlords, so understand what's involved in preparing a property for rental. We have an interest in property, and understand what's needed to help you market your property for sale or rental.

We understand it's difficult if you have to deal with the clearing of a loved one's property, after they have been taken in to long term care, or when a loved one has passed away.  We can help lessen the stress by assisting you or fully managing a household clearance.

It’s all about service and support, making sure that you feel confident with your choices, and know you are getting the best solution for you.
