We had need to sell our flat in Dalgety Bay. Personal circumstances meant that the sale and clearance had to be completed without us getting there. The estate agents recommended using Finlay and the AvenueCrew to handle the initial clearance, preparation for viewing and a final clearance after the sale completed.
This was a good recommendation because the AvenueCrew did an excellent job of efficiently handling the required work and fully met our requirements. I was kept well informed and photographs / videos also provided so the work could be reviewed remotely.

We were selling our house and Finlay was recommended to us by our estate agent. He met with me and provided great advice for getting it ready for marketing. He did a de-clutter and clean to make it presentable for viewings. Following the sale, he did a full clearance and left the house looking great for our buyers. I can’t recommend enough. The house was left nice and clean and smelling so fresh. Great communication throughout the whole process. He kept me updated and worked directly with the estate agent to save me any work.
